Delivery

All purchases are packed with care and attention. Please provide a FULL address and telephone number. Telephone number is not essential but it is a great help to the courier if they are having difficulties delivering.

We do our best to get your purchase to you in the specified time. If we experience extreme weather conditions such as ice and snow then this time may falter.

Standard delivery options

Parcels under 2kg in weight

£2.95 standard charge. These are sent with Royal Mail and usually take approx 2-3 working days for delivery. Delivery available to anywhere in the UK.

Parcels over 2kg in weight

£4.95 standard charge. These are sent with a courier and usually take approx 2 working days for delivery. We cannot deliver to remote locations for this cost (please see below).

Deliveries over £50.00

Deliveries over £50.00 are eligible for FREE standard delivery. Not available if you are in Northern Ireland, offshore islands or parts of Scotland.

This is only applicable for orders which weigh over 2kg

Some parts of the UK are considered a remote location by the courier and are subject to a £14.95 delivery charge.

Next day delivery options

We can now offer a next day delivery option. This is £9.95 and will be delivered next day by 24 hour courier. We must receive the order before 2PM for this option. The last posting day for delivery the same week is Thursday.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to sign when the courier attempts delivery. Next day delivery option is not available if you are in Northern Ireland, offshore islands or parts of Scotland.

Late Orders

Orders usually arrive within the specified time. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 21 days after dispatch before a replacement can be issued.

Returns

If you feel that any of our products are not to a high standard then you are welcome to return them within 7 days for a refund or exchange. You will need your invoice or order number to do this.

If you change your mind within 7 days then we are happy to refund or exchange the item. To do this, the product must be returned with all tags, labels still attached and in the condition it was sold in. You will need your invoice or order number to do this.
